I applied online. I was initially sent a rejection email. A few weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a time to do a phone screening. It was simple behavioral questions. Then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was in school in Nashville and had to drive up to Indianapolis. Luckily I had been planning a trip home, but I was not offered for any kind of gas payment reimbursements or travel arrangements. I was interviewed by the entire HR team with the same values-based behavioral questions without any questions about the actual job function. They called the next day with the offer.

Didn't complete the interview process. Couldn't schedule a phone interview after 3:30 because the recruiter wasn't available and they couldn't do it during early morning. How do working adults who don't have the flexibility to interview during the workday get an interview? They saw my resume and liked my background but they couldn't accommodate my schedule.
