Interview
Got call through the HR from Allegion. First round is coding written test. The next two rounds are technical face to face discussion. I managed to clear Initial coding and first round, But second round is a reject, They ask many questions, Certainly if the candidate is reject, why ask so many questions ? I dont buy the reason as why it is a reject. Interviewers lag certain kind of maturity of understanding on the questions itself. Have a right panel who can judge, not some one who just waste others time. Be serious in what you do.
This is by far the worst company i have ever applied for.
They had posted a job opening for Senior software engineer, they took 2 rounds of technical interview, and the level of questions they asked was more suited for freshers and campus recruits. I was wondering why they would ask such easy questions for Senior level role.
Since the interview was very easy i was able yo answer all the questions, they called me for HR interview. After that they rejected me. The reason they gave for rejection was i was suitable for entry level role but they needed a Senior resource.
If you need a Senior resource then you should include Senior level interview questions, You can ask college level questions and decide on not suitable for Senior role. Also the coding problem they gave was more of a school level program.
I'm not even sure they actually had a vacancy they just wasted my precious time.

What is difference between = and ==.
1st round - technical interview 2nd round - Only god knows what round it can be called After 2nd I was rejected for an unknown reason which I believe they couldn't afford me. Don't waste your time if you are expecting a good salary and I don't think there will be any negotiation.

Interview
There will be two technical interviews after attending an online test, later there will be an HR discussion. attended twice but failed in 2nd technical discussion. not sure what they are looking for, I have answered many of their questions.
