Very Professional and well respected. The right pitch at the areas that the candidate is comfortable with. In a simple term, they look for the one who has demonstrated in the current role they play and the pros and cons of it. No hypothetical or unnecessary questions were asked.
Streamlined very much, and timely feedback on the interviews. All teams are very engaging and take time to explain the role. Also very open to feedback and improve the process
