Very smooth and quick interview process which I appreciated; from start to finish it took about a week which is extremely prompt. I had a phone call with HR, a Zoom call with the manager, and a team panel interview in-person. Lots of scenario questions. I ultimately was rejected for lack of experience (always quite vague), but even though this was not the right fit for me I very much appreciated how respectful the whole team was to me as a candidate. They sent over interview prep materials, were very communicative, and even called me on the phone to tell me I was dropped. I've interviewed at a ton of companies, and this level of respect is unfortunately very rare.
