Allegion Software Developer interview questions

Everything seemed great! They told me I was a perfect fit. I knew almost every technical interview question they asked. I was awesome for the role and a great cultural fit. They even said so and that they wanted to set up a final interview. I hear back several days later that they decided not to move forward with no feedback. Extremely misleading and quite upsetting.

I was interviewed in november. First round was written followed by 2 technical face to face and one HR round. The result was declared on the same day and the offer was released in 2 days. Interview went smooth and the questions were from the skills that I had put on resume. Overall a good expirience!
