Initial phone screen with the head of the team. Nothing technical asked just an overview of the project and getting to know your background / experience. Then they scheduled an online code challenge a few days later. Online challenge involves talking on the phone with a dev (not necessarily from the team your applying to) while solving an algorithm given on coderpad. The call began with a few technical questions then the actual algorithm was given and you have about 1 hour to solve. The challenge was fairly easy and straight forward dealing with strings & arrays. After that they scheduled a second online code challenge with another dev from a different team. This second challenge was not easy and dealt with classes & trees which I am not great with so I struggled for most of the hour. The whole time he was adding code to the Coderpad (this algorithm required quite a bit of given data structures). They will try to give you hints if you are struggling. Once the interviewer realized the allotted hour was almost up he then wanted to use the remainder of time to answer any questions I had about the role or company. I had a few but at that point I think he was ready to end the interview and knew he wouldn't be moving me forward because he rushed me through my first question and didn't even really have an answer then basically ended the call.
