Thorough vetting of both my background and interest in this position. Genuine concern and interest in my abilities and what is not only expected of me, but what to expect in the position as well. Shown around the grounds and a brief understanding of where things are and what their purposes are. Met with fellow faculty (who were all incredibly kind) and met with a few of the kids who were present (just as kind). Full explanation of what the Association is all about and how they not only focus their greater goals, but achieve them as well.
