Interview
Overall, my experience was great, except for being ghosted after the final round. The process started with a recruiter phone screen covering expectations for the position, my interest, and a “tell me about yourself” discussion. Then I had an interview with the Hiring Manager and an Analyst on the team, which mainly focused on behavioral questions. The final round was with a VP and included questions like why asset management and why Nashville.

Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.

Submit job app. Virtual hirevue video (unlimited time but 3 takes for each 4 questions). Meet with 1st HM. Meeting with 2nd HM. Final Superday with Manager & managing director + 2 case studies.
