So be prepared to know who are the biggest players, what funds are gaining net flows, and what current issues are affecting the industry. One must be prepared to answer by giving detail examples of their skills and experience. For example: Walk them through how you applied multiple advance formulas together. I would even spell out to them certain formulas you remembered well (=vlookup(A1,A:B,2,0 or =Index(A:D,match(A1,F:I,0),2)). Also, you may want to take them step by step on how you may a table or chart presentable as a printable or readable format.
