Interviewed for their fixed income SBU. You meet all the prospective candidates in a room. Associates walk into the room to mingle with you. Then you grab lunch and interviews start afterwards. 6 rounds of 30 minutes with senior management. Questions are less accounting/finance focused, but more market sizing to test raw intelligence.

Honestly pretty easy, mostly behavioral questions. Phone screening HR person was very dry but the 3 panel interview everyone was friendly. Mostly asked behavioral questions: Why AB, tell me about a time when... etc.
Started with a questionnaire which seemed to be part-interview replacement, part-try to understand where you would fit. Then had an interview with 3 people in the top choice that I had. They group recommended that I interview with another group within AB, so that was another interview with two leaders of the internship program within that investment group
