Quick 15 minute phone interview with the woman in charge of hiring. Basic questions about me, my education, why I wanted the job. Then I was invited into the office where I met with her in person, another person that also worked as an Institutional Sales Assistant and one of the people I would be working for. They didn't tell me going in that I would be interviewing with more than one person so heads up for that. I heard back the next week as they were looking for an immediate hire. Someone left unexpectedly so they were looking to move very quickly. They were very upfront and to the point. Really nice and helpful talking to someone who was doing the job currently and also someone that had done the job and was promoted out of it. Gave a good perspective on the job itself and the company culture.
