I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview was for a software development position at an entry level to be working in New York City. It was a fairly standard interview for development, and asked the standard set of questions. Overall the interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. I did not end up getting the position, but I was not super interested in the company anyway after talking to the recruiter, but decided to honor the fact they gave me an interview.

Behavioral question based on resume. First Second round was like same as first round. Should be solid about the projects and the interns that were mentioned in the resume. It was easy & friendly
Too much detail and peer programming glitches, interviewer was aloof. Several emails and rescheduling, I had 2 phone interviews and a zoom peer programming session. I believe this is a fine company but is lacking the southern standards that Nashville is famous for.
