I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was smooth, meet with 6 different people that day. some behavioral and some technical. You'd need to prepare and do some studying before the interview. Other than that, it was a great interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (Luxembourg) in Feb 2026
Interview
Standard hr screening with 3 people in the call. Very friendly and receptive overall. One did not speak english very well and was hard to understand at times, had to ask for them to repeat the question more than once.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2025
Interview
Phone Screening, followed by virtual 1.5 hour interview.
Honestly pretty easy, mostly behavioral questions. Phone screening HR person was very dry but the 3 panel interview everyone was friendly. Mostly asked behavioral questions: Why AB, tell me about a time when... etc.
Started with a questionnaire which seemed to be part-interview replacement, part-try to understand where you would fit. Then had an interview with 3 people in the top choice that I had. They group recommended that I interview with another group within AB, so that was another interview with two leaders of the internship program within that investment group
