I received a call from Human Resources o come directly into the New York office in order to have an interview. The initial on-site interview, unexpectedly, was only with someone in Human Resources, followed by more in-depth interviews with a larger team at the company, including potential future colleagues. Overall, the process was quite smooth, though very little details are provided before I arrived to the interview site.

I was surprised that the initial HR screening included quite complicated questions on market sizing and other business questions.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting every person who interviewed me and I made it to the final round but was ultimately not offered a job. interviews were typically behavioral and there were limited technical questions as they didn't require a lot of background knowledge due to their training program

Describe the time when there is conflict in the team.
The interview was behavioral and case-based. Made it to the second round and was invited back for a third round but never heard back after expressing that my availability didn’t align with the interview time initially proposed.
