Basic A+ questions. They wanted to make sure that you could troubleshoot the basics. The rest was on the job training and learning. It can be a little intimidating but then again you are dealing with users over the phone and they want to make sure that you can answer the questions while you have a person on the line either patient or irate. After you completed the question and answers interview, they wanted to see your typing skills. Mostly what they look for is spelling. The speed would come in time. I did not do as well as I thought but I got faster and stopped looking at the keyboard when I typed. I ended up on the other side interviewing candidates and i understood why they did that style of interview. That is the way I would interview.
