I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
when i walked in i had to write an observation report on what i noticed in the office i was in and write down why i want to be in this position and why i chose allied universal. as i walked up the stairs i almost got lost because of how quiet and nobody was upstairs except in there own office room. when i met the interviewer it was quick and easy. just told them about myself and got it within minutes after.
It was an online interview you joined and made videos to submit after a video played with questions to answer. Then, I got a call from the site manager and interviewed with them on the phone.

Question 1
Why am I a good fit for the position? And am I comfortable working in a construction environment.
Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks.
