First stage is an online assessment, if successful, this is followed by an assessment center, which included an individual technical interview, group work interview and professional fit interview, as well as factory visit.

It was a simple virtual interview with questions on motivation for applying and how the candidate handles various situations. The interviewer was very cooperative and because of that the interview atmosphere was less tense than it usually was for other companies I have interviewed with.
