Interview process took part with a bridge conference from usa.
It was good to discuss about your current project and how its related to the job profile.
Interviewer never asked any skill level question or asked tricky questions. But in India selection process is totally based on quota. No matter how good you are they will put you down saying we have a referral candidate, and we will check them first.
The talent acquisition team is so unprofessional, wrote 3 mails for feedback but she never replied. Then I called her to get answer. Even in call she is not willing to speak much.
Totally not recommended for working in this company
