Interview
Recruiter called me with little to no understanding of the norms of silicon valley tech. It was a really odd interview. He kept stressing that I must tell him my desired salary to be considered for a position. He was obsessed with salary, even before finding out whether or not I was a good fit. It suggested to me along with looking at other glass door posts for other positions that they do not pay market for the bay area and from there I was not interested anymore. He also seemed to place lower value Menlo Park office because it wasn't near their headquarters. He had ever been to that particular office and could not answer basic questions about office culture and projects. I decided after our conversation not to pursue this opportunity any further.
