Allstate Insurance Agency Owner interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter initially and we spoke several times about the opportunity. Then was put in contact with the area sales manager to go over next steps. They were selling me more than interviewing me. There is a large capital requirement ($100k) before you can become qualified to open an agency.
