2nd interview 3-5 questions mostly standard. How you handled situations that are bad customer experiences.
Last interview in person, each manager is different, but customer service and willing to travel are huge.
Smooth easy one interview then hire. Interview was not bad mainly just STAR questions so keep on track with those. After they asked about work experience and why Allstate. Remember to also ask the interviewer questions in regard to their experience as the interview is not always just about you..

Interview was with three different team members. They ask the basic interview questions as most jobs do. Questions are based on their STAR method. Nothing hard about the interview process.

Interview
They were very friendly, STAR based questions. Behavioral questions. My 2nd try with no offer. Interview was going very well until they asked about license and I-Car certifications. I told them i would do anything i needed to do, and that i would love to use my decades of experience to be part of the allstate family. Interview ended shortly after that answer.
