Interview
After seeing job posting on a job board, I called the location. The manager asked a few screening questions, then set me up to come in and take an assessment. It's useful to have your resume, you'll need to create a profile. The assessment consisted of multiple choice personality test, problem solving and short answer. My scores were satisfactory so I was then asked to fill out job application and then scheduled for an interview later that week.
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
