Interview
They had a phone screen and personality/sales assessment up front. Both were fairly easy to pass and proceed with. The phone screen was a nice balance between finding out about my work history and the recruiter telling me about the position.
Requested certain Licenses which may take several month before achieving however sounded doable. Very polite and will be following up with me on Monday regarding what would be necessary to comply with business needs.

Phone call interview, received an email prior and had to call to set up the phone interview, they found me off of indeed. It was a very normal experience, the gentleman I spoke to in the email was not the one i interviewd with.

The process began with an Interest meeting . The next step was a 1:1 resume review. The next step is the Personality assessment. The next process was the financial review for assets verification . Had to create a business plan and a comprehensive marketing plan.
