Interview
It was pretty straight forward. All behavior and situational based questions. They were really nice. I had to go out of town for a family emergency during their interview process and they let me do a phone interview. Apparently hey liked me because they waited until I came back to have me sit down with an adjuster. The hiring manager made sure that there were people there for me to talk to and I got to meet the BOSS BOSS. I’m still waiting on a response. I don’t want to say that I officially have it.

Tell me about the time you had to neogiate something and didnt get your way.
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
