I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Washington, DC) in May 2017
Interview
On the phone for 15 minutes. The interview was very direct and very specific questions. I thought the interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. Make sure to do research beforehand because it will be much more difficult to answer any non-personality questions.
First interview held by phone, second by video conference, third was all day in person interview. Interview process was difficult, but fair. Multiple people were involved in interviewing me, and I was asked to submit a work sample before I came in for the in person interview. Interview was primarily behavioral questions, very few "standard" interview questions like "Tell me the best and worst thing about yourself."
