Applied online, and received an email to conduct an automated phone interview. After that, I was called by a campus recruiter to schedule a phone interview with two of their data scientists. The interview lasted about an hour. The first half was allocated to talking about my experiences and such, and the other half was dedicated to "algorithmic thinking" (i.e. the "how would you tackle this problem" sort of questions). It ended with a predictive analytics case study. I interviewed on a Monday and heard back that same Friday.
