I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied online, received a phone call from HR a week later asking basic questions, salary expectations, if the location would work etc. Was asked at the end of the phone call to come in for an interview a week after the phone conversation. Had a meeting with the HR representative and the manager. Manager seemed completely uninterested and as though anything else in the world would be better, HR was very positive and quite bubbly. They alternated between asking questions, although the HR rep asked most of the questions. Was given time to ask questions at the end and was told I would be contacted either way, but was not notified either way. (If you're not going to call someone back either way, why bother saying it?)
