Interview
Went through a group interview and 2 more interviews after that. Overall the process was positive, however they really made it a point to reiterate how demanding the job is.

Question 1
Asked questions like, "are you willing to put in the hard work it takes for insurance"
It was pretty easy. Very straight forward. They didn't have any hidden questions. Asked about work ethic and where you see yourself in 5 years etc etc. Had 2 interview processes. Responded quickly. Easy to deal with.
Easy interview process. Worked with a third part interview company to begin with and then eventually met with the agency owner. Went through two interviews with the agency owner to discuss expectations and salary. Signed offer letter and started 2 weeks later.

Long, several interviews 2-3, over the phone then zoom. I felt the process was took too long . However, once in the really invest in you and set you up for success.
