Interview
A phone screen with the recruiter, then a one-hour phone interview with the hiring manager. Then in person interview with the hiring manager's peers and his manager. The interviewees were very kind and very knowledgable. Then the recruiter called me a few hours later saying I got the job.

Initial phone interview with recruiter to check my background, experience and salary requirements.
Second interview with hiring manager over the phone (technical screening)
Third interview in-person with manager and senior architects. Describe experience with application architecture, design patterns, diagrams (a lot of drawing).
Talked about a former system architecture and design. Asked to articulate the key architecture and design decisions and the main reasons for choosing them.
Received an offer and negotiate with HR.
