Interview
Interviewed with the lead attorney over the Subrogation department. She was very nice. Explained everything about the company as well as the position. We went over my job history as in any typical interview. In this particular location you could not wear perfume, could not listen to music at all, no flip flops, no cell phones at your desk at all and must be locked away. Business casual dress and jeans on Friday. Mandatory 1 hour lunch. 2 - 15 minute breaks throughout the day. No overtime unless preapproved in advance. No working from home at all as people had abused it in the past. All paralegals work in house. PTO is based on your experience. Salary would be based on your experience and what other paralegals make in office. You are vested after 3 years. They do .80 on the dollar match for 401k. Hours are pretty flexible. High case load (around 400-500) per paralegal. The position would handle the entire State of Texas.
