I submitted an application for the role and was contacted by the recruiter less than a week later. The recruiter interview was quick and general, "Tell me about yourself," and after that I had an interview scheduled with a senior level person who would be part of the PM's team. The questions here were more role-specific, intended to gauge knowledge and experience. The final interview was with the director of the division. Generally the questions aren't difficult but the standards for interviewee responses are high.
