Interview
Face to face interview was casual and went well, and I knew I had the job in the bag. I received an email offer of employment upon a clear background check. I have had numerous background checks as I have worked several years in the financial industry and background checks are standard. I FAILED the background exam as they said I lied about my education level when I did NOT. It is not ally's fault as this background check was done by a garbage 3rd party. The 3rd party took 3 WEEKS to complete their background check and went well past the number of years they said they would research (they asked for my last 7 years of residence/employment, but the background report had 15 years worth of employment verification). I found that company to be very shady and I was incredibly disappointed that because of this 3rd party background check and their screw up, Ally took back their offer of employment.
