First there was a 30 minute phone interview set up by the recruiter. A week later, the recruiter set up a 2.5 hour in person interview with 3 people. A couple of weeks later I received a standard we have filled the position email. The interview was very standard. I was shown the reports, which were wordy but easy to duplicate.
