I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Ally Financial (Detroit, MI) in Jul 2018
Interview
I went through several phone screens with the team in North Carolina, created a video describing why I relate to their core values, and after about 5 steps, I was brought in for an in-person interview in Detroit, where I met with the team 1 on 1 and then the Director. I appreciated not being on a panel interview. The office was beautiful

Question 1
The interview was very much getting to know me and my experience, it wasn't a formal behavioral interview. You can tell they really hire based on culture fit
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ally Financial
Interview
The interview process started with a 15-minute intro call with someone on the team. The second round was a panel interview with 3 managers. All was well until I was completely ghosted for multiple weeks. As a recruiter myself, this became a red flag. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
