I submitted an online application. I forgot to complete the online assessment. Two days later, I got a text from a recruiter saying “Please complete the assessment so that you can officially be considered for the position. Within hours after completing assessment the same recruiter called me. We did a phone interview and we set up an on-site interview for two days later. Went to that interview and before I made it back home I received an offer letter. The interview was very informal. It was a text book interview. Tell me something about yourself. Why did you leave your last job? My interviewer was very friendly.
