Had a short Zoom interview for the job. The role seemed more demanding than what was originally stated in the listing. Expectations and responsibilities were not clearly communicated, making it feel misleading. It became clear that the actual workload and requirements were far greater than initially advertised, which was disappointing.
The interview process was quite extensive, involving multiple rounds and interviews with over six different people. It was a very detailed and drawn-out process, taking several weeks. They even asked me to provide references towards the end, which gave the impression that I was a strong contender for the role. Despite the time and effort invested, I ultimately didn’t get the job
