First step is “Modern Hire” which is similar to HireVue if you’ve done one of those before. Standard video interview with STAR questions and a final question regarding excel functions.
Second step is a Teams interview with manager and another employee that is pretty informal, but has some STAR questions towards the end.

Interview
Screening through recorded video. It was a total of five questions. It wasn't too hard but it was weird having to record yourself. I prefer talking to people for interviews.
I was given a hirevue assignment with 7 questions. About three of them were recorded and the others were basic questions about your qualifications. The interviewer did not get back to me. I asked him some questions the day he sent the email for the hirevue asking how many questions there were and other questions. One week later I asked if there’s any progress with the interview process. Ghosted both times. Makes me think that this company isn’t organized

2. Director Interview
3. Manager and Team Interview
4. Offer
5. Rejection mail with the name of the role restructuring, which was frustrating
The interview process also took me a month for an offer. At last, they told me the role is closed because of restructuring.
