I’m not sure how to describe the interview process I did very well also did a lot of engaging with the interviewer. He also read me what was submitted on his behalf to hr bc he didn’t make the decision. But doesn’t matter not long after I logged in & it sat interview and was not selected

They asked about my background & asked what I knew about the company also A lot of tricky behavior questions. Like describe a time when u didn’t accept a status quote or describe a time when you had a misunderstanding with a senior employee or higher up. Tell me about a time when you feel like you failed and how did you figure out how to improve?
