Received a phone screen request 2 weeks after the application. The call went well; the recruiter sounded professional and asked relevant questions.
After that, I waited for 2 weeks, and there was no update, then I e-mailed them, and it's been more than a month now. no reply from them. Just simply got ghosted.

Interview
The interview was straightforward and easy to follow overall. The Principal of Data Management who conducted the interview was very kind and professional. While I believed my background could have been a strong fit for the role, I was not selected. It seemed the outcome may have been more related to communication fit than technical qualifications, as I had to ask for clarification on a few questions during the conversation. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity and had a respectful interview experience.
