First I got a call and they made a few short questions. Then they invited me to a formal interview. Very casual atmosphere. No heels needed. Look nice not over the top. As long as you have a great personality and are a friendly positive person they will hire you and train you. Jon interviewed me. Had a list of questions and took notes as we went along. Some questions were aba based, no the functions of behavior, priming, etc. Just the basics. The interview was in-person. I was first assessed on my experience, character and work ethic. Afterward, I was provided with the duties and requirements and asked whether I am capable of fulfilling them and what strategies would I implement to ensure my success.
