The interview process was absurd and speaks a lot to Michael’s ownership and management practices. Hello Michael, Seeing as he canceled the first interview moments before our scheduled time, ignored my inquiry for a suitable time to meet work around his schedule and then canceled the second interview 2 minutes before the scheduled interview time and informed me that the role is no longer available, I see this as a saving grace. I highly recommend not prioritizing this company because they surely don’t prioritize their candidates. A very unprofessional and disorganized employer.
