I submitted the application, the following day I received a request for interview from the recruiter. I knew I was a good fit but was too quick a turnaround in my opinion. The interview was scheduled and I’m waiting by the phone and 5 minutes go by after the start time and I get an email saying she is stuck in another meeting and if we reschedule the following day or another day. I responded with times available and 2 days later no response. I responded after that and withdrew my candidacy, I value clear communication and reliability and this seemed neither.
