Complete waste of a candidate's time. Please do not make someone in the first rounds of an interview sit through a 30-minute demo of the product with a recruiter. It's not that useful/helpful, candidates most likely have full-time jobs and limited amounts of time to take these calls.
After this call, you will have two further calls.
