I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSense (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
Prior to the onsite was OK. Pretty fast process.
However after the onsite the company never told me their decision, and never replied to my follow ups. Wth? If a candidate has invested his time meeting with your team, the least you can do is to let them know, even if its a rejection.

Terrible communication. I had to chase down the recruiter several times. Interviews were all 30 minutes which was a very short amount of time to vibe with people, especially when interviewers are 10 minutes late.
Nice and positive atmosphere. Talked to 5 engineers and team lead. Everything from experience to the task. Covered javascript basics, frameworks that I will be working with. How far I'm in the studies.
First round was the online assessment round on HackerRank. I was asked two questions of DSA, 4 aptitude questions (MCQs) and 4 CS fundamental (MCQs). The questions were of Medium difficulty.
