First had a recruiter call me for a preliminary discussion. It went well so I then had an interview with the hiring manager. All went well so I had a third round interview with her boss. Seemed to go smoothly, however they ghosted me after this. Would not even respond to an update email request I sent out. If a candidate goes through three rounds and gives that time, the proper thing would be to notify them even if they didn't get the job. Very unprofessional and wouldn't bother ever dealing with this company in the future.
