They don't seem to understand that treating people with respect, and avoiding wasting people's time is a must while you work in HR. They might be rookies at all of this. Everyone I spoke with (at first) seemed okay. Made it through the third round, and they suddenly GHOSTED me. I was waiting for my interviewer to show up, or even respond to my emails, but nobody did. I emailed the entire HR team I had previously spoken with to find out what was going on, but nobody ever answered until today. Very unfortunate to discover that this company is not as professional as they advertise.
