I applied for an open position for Pune office. 1. They don't have a structured process at all. 2. I was asked to complete a take home test with basic elementary questions on Tableau 3. After that without any feedback they said that I'm not through, which came as a surprise to me given how easy and straightforward that test was! 4. When I asked for the feedback, they simply ghost me out by not replying anything 5. After trying for a bit, the talent acquisition person said that the person was supposed to evaluate my test was on leave and that another person who is not that aware of the test evaluated it 6. Again after asking specifically what went wrong they again vanished in thin air. On top of that, when I first received a call from her For screening, I asked her about leaves like paternity and maternity leaves, and kid you not! she said that she's not aware what is paternity leave neither was she aware of how much leaves are credited each month/quarter. Pathetic experience! Waste of time. Please don't go on to hire if - you don't know that you want to hire - you don't have panelists available - your available panelists lack basic understanding of the domain and technology - your recruiting team is not aware of your basic policies
