The interview process with AlphaSense was fast and efficient. At the same time, I felt that both the recruiter and the hiring manager took the time to understand me as both a candidate and a person. Follow-up was prompt and always respectful, both when I didn't get the offer and when I did (yes, both of these things happened). My experience is broad and the interviewers took the time to listen to how my combination of skills and experience were a relevant fit for the position. I never felt dismissed because my career path was a bit "different."
