AlphaSights Assiciate interview questions

I applied online and got an invitation to complete a video assessment and a "survey" which described your personality and suitability for the position in general. The video assessment was easy, and you can find questions on glassdoor. I only had four questions, and the next day, I was asked to have a online interview via GoogleHangout with the HR person and another associate.

Online application with essay questions. Then video assessment and personality assessment. All questions were fund on Glassdoor. Definitely prepare for the video assessment, but there is no real way to prepare for the personality assessment
