Case Study Interview – Team Leader: Analyse a business case, explain approach, and demonstrate contribution.
Department Head Interview – Strategic Thinking & Cultural Fit: Evaluates strategic thinking, accomplishments, and alignment with team and company culture.

Question 1
There were several questions, mostly generic, like “Why this role?” and “Why do you think you would be a benefit for the company?” They also drilled into my CV, asking things like why I chose my specific bachelor’s degree and how my work experience has prepared me to drive results for clients.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
